Himalayan Crystal Salt is a natural rock salt from the Salt Range of Pakistan. This salt does not undergo any processing and is not exposed to excessive heat. No chemicals or free flowing agents are added, in fact nothing is added or removed. T

The salt remains in the form that has been stored away in the earth for many ages, from a time when the earth was free from pollution. 

In comparison, ordinary table salt is highly processed. Also, and very unfortunately, research is showing that most sea salts these days contain microplastics, so to prevent the accumulation of these toxic substances in your body, please check your sea salt for the presence of microplastics, or avoid sea salt altogether, including Celtic salt. If you still want to use Celtic salt, ask the supplier to guarantee that they have tested for microplastics and that their salt does not contain any.
